Epoxy Resin Adhesive Hardening at the Room Temperature
This is a double-component adhesive hardening at the normal
temperature, undemanding in the weighing and proportioning, simple
to use. It has excellent bonding performance, resistance to oil,
water, aging and alkali. The use temperature is :-60°C--100°C
This adhesive has excellent bonding and sealing performance for
metals, glass, wood, leather, bakelite and fiberglass-reinforced
plastics, can substitute the rivet welding or bolting or other
assembly method. It is widely used to bond and repair all kinds of
products in avigation, automobile, tractor, ships, machine tool,
electromechanical products, household appliances, mould, measuring
tool. It is also used to repair pipes and containers of
petrochemical, coal gas and natural gas, repair all kinds of cast.

2. Usage:
A burnish and remove rust with the emery cloth from the surface of
workpiece, then clean two times with propanone, acetic acid,
alcohol or other solvents, naturally dry, and make the surface free
from oil, water and rust.
B prepare the adhesive at the proportion of A:B=1:1(weight), mix to
uniform, use for 3-6 hours at the temperature of 20°C, use up the
prepared adhesive timely to avoid waste.
C coat a thin layer of adhesive, then fold, orient, exert contact
pressure, ready to harden.
D can be hardened at the normal temperature or heating.
The hardening condition is shown as follows: you can choose any
one.
20°C, 72hrs
25°C, 48hrs
30°C, 24hrs
40°C, 20hrs
60°C, 3hrs
80°C, 2hrs
100°C, 1hr
3. Storage and Transportation:
Sealed at the normal temperature, the storage period is one year;
deal with the storage and transportation according to the
requirements of non-dangerous products.

the storage period is one year.
